Hyderabad:Police have arrested a 65-year-old chief managing director of Innovative Tech Pack Ltd., accused of repeatedly raping his subordinate and threatening her for the past seven years. “We received a complaint from a 33-year-old victim on January 16, in which she stated that the accused K. Sayaji Rao, 65, chief managing director of Innovative Tech Pack Ltd, forcibly committed sexual intercourse with her at Innovative Tech Pack Ltd, Jain Estate building, in Mahankali, K Parashuram, since 2018,” the SHO (Mahankali) said.

Based on the victim’s complaint, cases of repeatedly raping the same woman, cheating, breach of trust, using derogatory language against employees and criminal intimidation (in crime number 9 of 2025) under sections — 376(2)(n), 420, 504, 506 IPC were filed against the accused Ketineni Sayaji Rao. He was produced before the court for judicial remand and later forwarded to Chanchalguda prison on Wednesday, police said.
