Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) has partnered with the Indian diaspora in Germany to launch Project SarvaSetu, a strategic initiative to equip young professionals with the necessary skills for international career opportunities, particularly in Germany.

A delegation from the Indian diaspora in Germany, in collaboration with the Consulate General of India (CGI), Munich, has extended its support in providing German language training to selected ITI students, he said, informing that the training will be conducted in two batches, each accommodating 150 students across selected ITIs and training centres. On successful completion of A1 and A2 level German language certifications, students will become eligible to express their candidature for various employment opportunities in Germany, he said.

The Project SarvaSetu team will facilitate virtual German language aid and assist candidates in securing employment opportunities once they attain the necessary language proficiency and cultural adaptation. The online training sessions are tentatively scheduled to commence in the first week of May 2025, he informed.

Mr. Ganesh Kumar said this collaboration marks a significant step in bridging skill gaps and opening new career pathways for Indian youth in the international job market.
