Parts of Hyderabad received a brief spell of rain on Monday (March 30, 2026) afternoon and clouds hovered over some more areas. According to Telangana Development Planning Society’s weather observations until 5.00 p.m., Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation’s (GHMC) Circle-11 (Rajendranagar) received 10.3 mm rain, 4.8 mm in Circle-17 (Khairatabad), 3.5 mm in Circle-23 (Moosapet), 2.3 mm in Crcile-6 (Malakpet) and Circle-29 (Secunderabad) received 2.0 mm. 

The city may receive showers later in the day as India Meteorological Department – Hyderabad Centre, in its forecast issued in the afternoon for the next 24 hours, stated “Light to moderate rainfall or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds(30-40 mph) are very likely to occur in parts of the city towards evening or night.”
