The CREDAI Madurai chapter has proposed to organise CREDAI Madurai Fairpro 2026, real estate exhibition – bringing together leading 40 developers from Madurai, bankers, homebuyers, and allied industries – from January 30 to February 1 at Tamukkam convention centre.
The event will showcase residential projects, plotted developments, investment opportunities, and housing finance solutions, offering homebuyers a transparent and credible platform backed by CREDAI, the apex body of real estate developers in India, said the organisers at a press conference on Wednesday.
Part of the event and in order to boost clean Madurai campaign, this year CREDAI has initiated a gathering of 2000 school kids forming human gathering, they added.
Some of the event highlights would be participation of leading 40 CREDAI-member developers; Exclusive project launches and fair-only offers; on-spot housing loan assistance from leading banks; insights into Madurai’s real estate growth and future outlook.
Though entry would be free, the organisers mandated prior registration for entry.
R. Ilankovan, former president, CREDAI-Tamil Nadu, said that all directions of Madurai was witnessing development and this would be an opportunity for the people of Madurai to look into thousands of housing and investment options .
“With a moto of housing for all , Fairpro 2026 is expected to reflect the massive development of Madurai’s housing market,” he added.
