A delegation from the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), led by its Managing Director Jitendra Yadav, visited the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) Central Office on Thursday to review the corporation’s operational and technology-driven initiatives.

The team held discussions with KSRTC Managing Director Akram Pasha and other officials. According to a release, during the visit, the KSRTC made a comprehensive presentation covering its vehicle operations model, technical maintenance practices, duty rota system, advance reservation facilities, IT-driven employee welfare measures, and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

“Officials also briefed the delegation on work processes at depots and bus stations, bus branding and refurbishing methods, and cleanliness initiatives,” the release said.

The DTC delegation expressed appreciation for the KSRTC’s modernised systems, particularly its HRMS platform and refurbishing standards.

“They said the DTC plans to adopt the KSRTC’s HRMS and certain technology modules in the coming months. A team of technical officers from Delhi will soon be deputed to study these systems in depth,” a senior KSRTC official said.
