Bengaluru: The International Spice Conference (ISC) 2025, organized by the All India Spices Exporters Forum (AISEF), will take place from February 24 to 27 at The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru. Under the theme “Building Trust Beyond Borders: Transparency, Sustainability, Confidence,” the conference will address key challenges in the global spice industry, including food safety, misinformation, and sustainability.
Dr. Krishna M. Ella, Executive Chairman of Bharat Biotech, will inaugurate the event, with Olympic gold medallist Abhinav Bindra as Guest of Honour. The conference will feature a Lifetime Achievement Award and a pre-conference session on “Myth vs. Reality in the Global Spice Trade.”
Industry leaders and experts will discuss critical topics such as AI-driven market insights, climate action strategies, and emerging trends in agri-commodities. Key speakers include Google’s Tanveer S. Uberoi, environmentalist Sonam Wangchuk, and agritech innovator Deepak Pareek.
The event will also feature master classes on AI applications in agriculture, fireside chats on regenerative farming, and insights from regulatory authorities like FSSAI, FDA, and global spice associations. ISC 2025 aims to equip stakeholders with the tools to drive a responsible and resilient future for the spice trade.
