Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu extended his greetings to the people on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day.

In a message shared on X, Naidu urged citizens to move beyond asking what the country has done for them and instead think about what they can do for the nation. He called upon people to uphold the spirit of India in their hearts and contribute to the country’s progress.

Naidu said the freedom enjoyed today was the result of the sacrifices made by numerous great leaders and freedom fighters. He said the true tribute to their sacrifices would be to build a developed and prosperous nation.

He urged everyone to become part of the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision and work towards achieving a Swarna Andhra Pradesh. He said that by the time India completes 100 years of Independence, both the country and Andhra Pradesh should move from independence towards prosperity and from development towards greater glory. Naidu called upon people to unite and work collectively to achieve this goal.
