The K Raheja Group has unveiled their integrated hospitality project comprising of voco Mumbai Powai Hotel and Convention Centre, and Holiday Inn Express and Suites which has come up in an association with IHG Hotels & Resorts.
The deal was first announced in 2023. While the first phase of the ₹1,800 crore project will open within next three months, the whole project is scheduled to be operational by September 2026.
This development, positioned as a key addition to Mumbai’s evolving hospitality landscape, comprises a dual hotel complex along with a large-format convention centre. It features approximately 300 room, 13 meeting rooms, 4 F&B outlets, expansive lawns, and multiple public and event spaces, Vijayta Raheja, Director, Saryu Properties and Hotels Private Ltd. (SPHPL) said, “We will open the project in three phases starting the next quarter. The whole project will be operational by September.”

Sudeep Jain, Managing Director (South West Asia), IHG Hotels & Resorts said, “This project with vast open space has ingredients which most of the hotels in Mumbai lack. This project will provide our guests with the multiple option of affordability and luxury besides space for large gatherings be it corporate or Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events.”
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who attended a pre-opening function, said such large-scale integrated developments play a vital role in strengthening Mumbai’s position as a global destination for tourism, business, and international MICE. Congratulating the K Raheja Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts fir this venture, he said this will help Mumbai to emerge as a premier global hub for hospitality, tourism, and large-scale conventions.
Located in Powai, with close proximity to the international airport and key business districts such as Andheri, SEEPZ, MIDC, and Bandra Kurla Complex, the project is positioned to strengthen Mumbai’s hospitality and business infrastructure within the suburban belt.
