ADM Naveen Babu was found dead at his residence on Tuesday a day after CPI(M) leader and Kannur district panchayat president P P Divya criticised him at a function organised to bid farewell to him following his transfer to Pathanamthitta district.

‘President has to decide’

Khan refused to comment on the reports of an impending reshuffle of Governors. “My five-year term has been completed. So it is for the Honorable President to decide,” he added.
