Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy emphasized the importance of the experience of former Governor C.H. Vidyasagar Rao for the state, stating that he has no prejudices and is open to accepting advice from anyone. The CM made these remarks after releasing Vidyasagar Rao’s autobiography, Unika.

“Even opposition leaders, we will use their experience wherever necessary. Our goal is to transform Telangana into a trillion-dollar economy,” said CM Revanth Reddy. He also mentioned that he has requested Prime Minister Modi to cooperate with the state government on matters related to the Metro and the Regional Ring Road.

“The development of states will be incomplete unless the Center cooperates. We need to secure necessary permissions for the Hyderabad Metro,” Revanth Reddy stated. He highlighted the decline of Hyderabad Metro, which had once been in second place but has now fallen to 9th place.

Revanth Reddy also stressed the need for collaborative efforts, saying, “In some states, all parties unite for the state’s interests. We should not compare ourselves with Amaravati, but aim to compete with world-class cities.”
