Speaking about her experience working on the film, she said, “It was a blast! Advait is an amazing leader—open, collaborative, and so encouraging. His energy on set is contagious, and he brings out the best in everyone. Working with Kiku Sir was a highlight; he is not only a comedy genius but also an incredible actor, effortlessly switching between humor and emotion. Grusha Kapoor Ma’am, who plays my mother, really took care of me throughout the shoot. The set was full of fun and laughter, making it a happy and motivating environment for everyone.”

Recalling her memories with Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan, she shared, “Junaid is lovely—such a dedicated and generous co-actor. He was always up for running lines and trying new things. I still remember our first table read and being blown away by his take on the character. One day we were shooting a scene and he had to eat a lot of halwa while delivering a long dialogue—it was hilarious watching him go through bowls and bowls of it in each take, but he remained completely committed! As for Khushi, we only shot a small dance sequence together, but I wish we had more scenes. She embodied Bani with such ease, and I loved watching her in the film.”

Speaking about the film, she added, “Loveyapa is a romantic comedy about the chaos that unfolds when people exchange phones for a day—not just in their own lives but in the lives of their loved ones too. It’s an entertaining film with a lot of heart, exploring complex themes like trust and privacy in the social media age with humor and levity. Many of us were working on a project of this scale for the first time, which made it even more special. We’re incredibly excited for everyone to experience it on February 7th!”
