Bri Stern, a supermodel who has been romantically linked to Andrew Tate, has come forward with allegations that the Top G violently attacked her during sex at the Beverly Hills Hotel. TMZ reported that Stern filed a complaint with the Beverly Hills police, claiming that the alleged assault occurred two weeks ago and left her nearly unconscious.

Stern told authorities that on March 11, Tate choked her during sex, but when it became too rough, she begged him to stop. The controversial internet personality allegedly continued and became even more aggressive, nearly causing her to lose consciousness.

After Tate fell asleep, Stern took photos of her injuries, which reportedly included bruising on the side of her face. Two days later, after travelling to New York City for work, she sought medical treatment at a hospital, where she was diagnosed as “post-concussive,” TMZ cited medical records.

Stern decided to file a police report only after Tate and his younger brother, Tristan, left the U.S. for a weekend check-in with Romanian authorities.

Stern and Tate began dating in June last year after meeting in Romania, where she was on a modelling assignment. Those close to her allege that while Tate had been verbally abusive throughout their relationship, this was the first time he had physically assaulted her.

TMZ even cited text exchanges between the two allegedly showing Tate making troubling remarks about wanting to beat or hit her multiple times.

The outlet also reported that Tate was seen posing for a photo with Kanye West the day before the alleged assault. That same day, Kim Kardashian reportedly removed her daughter from West’s recording studio upon learning that the Tate brothers had been invited to join him.

Tate, 38, and his brother were arrested in Romania in 2022 and later indicted on charges of running a criminal ring that lured women to the country for sexual exploitation. Andrew Tate also faces separate rape allegations.

Both brothers have denied all charges and have not been convicted. “I’m a free person who has not been convicted of anything,” Tate said outside a police station in Voluntari. He further asserted, “I comply with all judicial authorities everywhere around the world because I’m completely innocent.”
