Singapore – Music lovers and cultural enthusiasts are in for a treat this weekend as the National Malayalam Talentime 2025 takes center stage on Saturday, 24 May 2025, at The Grassroots Club, conveniently located next to Yio Chu Kang MRT station. The event begins at 6.15 pm.

Organised by the Naval Base Kerala Library (NBKL), this annual singing competition is a cornerstone event in Singapore’s vibrant Malayalee community. It aims to celebrate and promote young talents, offering a prestigious platform for budding singers to showcase their vocal skills in Malayalam music.

The competition will feature performances in both Junior and Senior categories, with participants expected to bring their best to the stage in front of a live audience and esteemed panel of judges.

NBKL has long been committed to preserving and nurturing Indian culture and language among the youth in Singapore, and Talentime is one of its flagship initiatives to engage the next generation through music and the arts.
