توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد أن تشهد أجزاء من 4 مناطق، اليوم، أمطاراً رعدية تتراوح بين المتوسطة والغزيرة، قد تؤدي إلى جريان السيول، مصحوبة بزخات من البَرَد، وسط نشاط للرياح المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على عدد من المناطق والسواحل.
وأوضح المركز، في تقريره عن حالة الطقس، أن الأمطار تشمل أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة، إضافة إلى مرتفعات منطقة مكة المكرمة، فيما تنشط الرياح المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من تلك المناطق، وتمتد إلى الأجزاء الساحلية من منطقتي المدينة المنورة ومكة المكرمة.
ضباب على سواحل الشرقية
وتوقّع التقرير تكوّن الضباب خلال ساعات الصباح الباكر على الأجزاء الساحلية من المنطقة الشرقية، فيما لا يُستبعد تشكّل سحب رعدية ممطرة، مصحوبة برياح نشطة، على الأجزاء الجنوبية من المنطقة.
البحر الأحمر.. الموج يصل إلى مترين
وعلى البحر الأحمر، تكون حركة الرياح السطحية شمالية غربية إلى شمالية، بسرعة تراوح بين 20 و45 كيلومتراً في الساعة، فيما يتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين متر ومترين، وتكون حالة البحر متوسطة الموج، تصل إلى مائجة باتجاه خليج العقبة.
الخليج العربي.. بحر خفيف الموج
أما على الخليج العربي، فتكون الرياح السطحية شمالية شرقية إلى جنوبية شرقية، بسرعة تراوح بين 10 و25 كيلومتراً في الساعة، ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين نصف متر ومتر، فيما تكون حالة البحر خفيفة الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology expects parts of 4 regions to experience thunderstorms today, with rainfall ranging from moderate to heavy, which may lead to flash floods, accompanied by showers of hail, along with active winds stirring up dust and sand in several areas and coasts.
The center clarified in its weather report that the rain will cover parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, in addition to the highlands of the Makkah region, while the winds stirring up dust and sand will be active in parts of those areas, extending to the coastal parts of the Medina and Makkah regions.
Fog on the Eastern Coast
The report predicted the formation of fog during the early morning hours on the coastal parts of the Eastern region, while the formation of thunderstorm clouds with active winds is not ruled out in the southern parts of the region.
The Red Sea.. Waves up to Two Meters
On the Red Sea, the surface wind movement will be from the northwest to the north, at a speed ranging between 20 and 45 kilometers per hour, while the wave height will range between one and two meters, and the sea condition will be moderate, reaching choppy towards the Gulf of Aqaba.
The Arabian Gulf.. Light Waves
As for the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be from the northeast to the southeast, at a speed ranging between 10 and 25 kilometers per hour, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter, while the sea condition will be light.
