توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم- بمشيئة الله تعالى- استمرار هطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة، تمتدّ إلى أجزاء من مرتفعات منطقة مكة المكرمة، كما لا يستبعد تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الأجزاء الجنوبية من منطقتي الشرقية والرياض، في حين تؤثر الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق الحدود الشمالية والقصيم والرياض ونجران، تصل إلى شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على أجزاء من المنطقة الشرقية، وعلى الأجزاء الساحلية من منطقتي المدينة المنورة ومكة المكرمة.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 15-40 كم/ساعة، تصل إلى أكثر من 50 كم/ساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف، يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج، يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
فيما ستكون حركة الرياح على الخليج العربي شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 20-45 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وشمالية شرقية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة 10-32 كم/ساعة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى مترين على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر متوسط الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وخفيف إلى متوسط الموج على الجزء الجنوبي.
The National Center of Meteorology expects, in its weather report for today – God willing – that thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers and active winds will continue in parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, extending to parts of the highlands of the Makkah region. It is also possible for rainy thunderclouds to form over the southern parts of the Eastern and Riyadh regions, while active winds stirring up dust and sand will affect parts of the Northern Borders, Qassim, Riyadh, and Najran regions, reaching near-zero visibility in parts of the Eastern region and along the coastal areas of the Medina and Makkah regions.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 15-40 km/h, reaching over 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part, and wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, exceeding two meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part. The sea condition is light to moderate, becoming rough with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part.
Meanwhile, the wind movement over the Arabian Gulf will be northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 20-45 km/h in the northern and central parts, and northeasterly to northwesterly at a speed of 10-32 km/h in the southern part, with wave heights ranging from one to two meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part. The sea condition is moderate in the northern and central parts, and light to moderate in the southern part.
