أعلن الجيش الأردني أن سلاح الجو الملكي تعامل فجر اليوم مع طائرة مسيّرة اخترقت المجال الجوي الأردني، وتم إسقاطها في الصحراء الشرقية داخل أراضي الأردن، وفقاً لقواعد الاشتباك المعتمدة.

وأكد المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة الأردنية أن القوات المسلحة تواصل أداء واجبها في حماية حدود الأردن والحفاظ على أمنه وسيادته، ولن تتهاون في التعامل مع أي تهديد يمس أمن الوطن وسلامة مواطنيه.

The Jordanian army announced that the Royal Air Force dealt with a drone that violated Jordanian airspace early this morning, and it was shot down in the eastern desert within Jordanian territory, according to the established rules of engagement.

The spokesperson for the Jordanian Armed Forces confirmed that the armed forces continue to perform their duty in protecting Jordan’s borders and maintaining its security and sovereignty, and will not hesitate to deal with any threat to the nation’s security and the safety of its citizens.
