إنفاذًا لتوجيهات القيادة، باشرت وزارة الداخلية معالجة أوضاع حاملي تأشيرات (الزيارة بأنواعها كافة، والعمرة، والمرور، والخروج النهائي)، المنتهية اعتبارًا من تاريخ 8 / 9 / 1447 هـ الموافق 25 / 2 / 2026، ممن تعذرت مغادرتهم جراء الأوضاع الراهنة التي تمر بها المنطقة، وذلك وفق الآتي:

أولًا:

تمديد التأشيرات المنتهية من تاريخ 8 / 9 / 1447 هـ الموافق 25 / 2 / 2026، بناءً على طلب المستضيف للزائر، حتى تاريخ 1 / 11 / 1447 هـ الموافق 18 / 4 / 2026، وذلك بعد سداد الرسوم المقررة نظامًا، عبر منصة أبشر.

ثانيًا:

تمكين حاملي تأشيرات (الزيارة بأنواعها كافة، والعمرة، والمرور، والخروج النهائي)، المنتهية من تاريخ 8 / 9 / 1447 هـ الموافق 25 / 2 / 2026، من المغادرة عبر المنافذ الدولية مباشرة، دون تمديد تأشيراتهم أو دفع أي رسوم أو غرامات تأخير.

وأهابت الوزارة بالمستفيدين من هذه التوجيهات، المبادرة بالمغادرة قبل تاريخ 1 / 11 / 1447هـ الموافق 18 / 4 / 2026، وذلك لتجنب تطبيق الأنظمة المرعية بالمملكة بحق المخالفين.

In implementation of the leadership’s directives, the Ministry of Interior has begun addressing the situations of holders of (all types of visit visas, Umrah, transit, and final exit), which expired as of 8 / 9 / 1447 AH corresponding to 25 / 2 / 2026, who were unable to leave due to the current conditions in the region, as follows:

First:

The extension of expired visas from 8 / 9 / 1447 AH corresponding to 25 / 2 / 2026, based on the request of the host for the visitor, until 1 / 11 / 1447 AH corresponding to 18 / 4 / 2026, after paying the prescribed fees through the Absher platform.

Second:

Enabling holders of (all types of visit visas, Umrah, transit, and final exit) that expired from 8 / 9 / 1447 AH corresponding to 25 / 2 / 2026, to leave directly through international ports, without extending their visas or paying any fees or late penalties.

The ministry urged beneficiaries of these directives to take the initiative to leave before 1 / 11 / 1447 AH corresponding to 18 / 4 / 2026, in order to avoid the application of the laws in force in the Kingdom against violators.
