تباشر النيابة العامة في الجيزة التحقيق في البلاغ المقدم من الفنانة لقاء سويدان، الذي تتهم فيه أحد جيرانها بمدينة 6 أكتوبر بالتعدي على ممتلكاتها الخاصة، وذلك بعد اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال الواقعة.

وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى تلقي الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغًا من لقاء سويدان أفادت فيه بتضررها من أحد جيرانها، مؤكدة أنها فوجئت بقيامه بقطع عدد من الأشجار المزروعة داخل الحديقة الملحقة بمنزلها دون الحصول على موافقتها أو إذن مسبق منها.

وعلى إثر ذلك، حررت الفنانة محضرًا رسميًا تضمَّن اتهامًا لجارها بإتلاف الأشجار والتعدي على ملكيتها الخاصة، فيما باشرت الجهات المختصة جمع المعلومات وفحص ملابسات الواقعة.

وتواصل النيابة التحقيقات للوقوف على تفاصيل البلاغ والتحقق من الاتهامات الواردة فيه؛ تمهيدًا لاتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات قانونية وفقًا لما تسفر عنه التحقيقات.

The Public Prosecution in Giza has begun investigating the complaint filed by artist Leqa Suwaydan, in which she accuses one of her neighbors in 6 October City of infringing on her private property, following the legal procedures taken regarding the incident.

The details of the case date back to the security agencies receiving a report from Leqa Suwaydan, in which she stated that she was harmed by one of her neighbors, confirming that she was surprised to find him cutting down several trees planted in the garden attached to her house without obtaining her approval or prior permission.

As a result, the artist filed an official report that included an accusation against her neighbor of damaging the trees and infringing on her private property, while the relevant authorities began gathering information and examining the circumstances of the incident.

The prosecution continues its investigations to ascertain the details of the complaint and verify the accusations contained within it, in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions based on the findings of the investigations.
