حذر الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أوكرانيا من استهداف أنابيب الطاقة الروسية، متهماً كييف بالسعي لإفشال عملية السلام بين البلدين بدعم من وكالات المخابرات الغربية.

وقال بوتين خلال اجتماع لمجلس إدارة جهاز الأمن الاتحادي الروسي، من الضروري تعزيز الدفاع عن البنية التحتية للطاقة وغيرها من الأهداف الإستراتيجية، كاشفاً عن محاولات محتملة لتفجير خطي أنابيب «التيار التركي» و«التيار الأزرق» الممتدين على طول قاع البحر الأسود.

وأضاف بوتين: «يبدو أنهم لا يستطيعون الهدوء»، معلناً عن ارتفاع عدد الجرائم الإرهابية في روسيا العام الماضي والتي قال إن غالبيتها ارتبطت بأنشطة أجهزة المخابرات الأوكرانية وعناصر أجنبية.

وأكد بوتين ضرورة تعزيز الحدود الروسية من خلال تحسين بنيتها التحتية ورفع مستوى جاهزية المعابر الحدودية، مشدداً على ضرورة رفع مستوى الجاهزية القتالية والتجهيزات التقنية لأجهزة الحدود، والعمل بتنسيق وثيق مع وحدات وزارة الدفاع والحرس الوطني الروسي ووزارة الداخلية، إضافة إلى الهيئات والسلطات المحلية.

بالمقابل، قال الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، اليوم، في الذكرى السنوية الرابعة للحرب، إن بوتين لم يكسر أوكرانيا.

Russian President Vladimir Putin warned Ukraine today (Tuesday) against targeting Russian energy pipelines, accusing Kyiv of attempting to sabotage the peace process between the two countries with the support of Western intelligence agencies.

During a meeting of the board of the Russian Federal Security Service, Putin stated that it is essential to strengthen the defense of energy infrastructure and other strategic targets, revealing potential attempts to blow up the “TurkStream” and “Blue Stream” pipelines that run along the bottom of the Black Sea.

Putin added, “It seems they cannot calm down,” announcing an increase in the number of terrorist crimes in Russia last year, most of which he said were linked to the activities of Ukrainian intelligence agencies and foreign elements.

He emphasized the necessity of reinforcing the Russian borders by improving their infrastructure and raising the readiness level of border crossings, stressing the importance of enhancing the combat readiness and technical equipment of border agencies, and working in close coordination with units of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in addition to local bodies and authorities.

In contrast, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated today, on the fourth anniversary of the war, that Putin has not broken Ukraine.
