تزامنت الضربات الأمريكية على أهداف داخل إيران مع سماع دوي انفجارات متتالية في عدد من المدن والجزر جنوب البلاد، بينها مناطق تطل على مضيق هرمز، وفق ما أوردته وسائل إعلام إيرانية.
وأفاد التلفزيون الإيراني بسماع دوي انفجار قادم من مضيق هرمز في جزيرة قشم بمحافظة هرمزغان جنوبي البلاد، كما تحدث عن انفجارات في جزيرتي أبو موسى وكيش بالمحافظة نفسها.
انفجارات في بندر عباس
وأكدت وسائل إعلام إيرانية سماع دوي انفجارين في مدينة بندر عباس، كبرى مدن محافظة هرمزغان والمطلة على مضيق هرمز، دون الإعلان عن طبيعة الأهداف أو حجم الأضرار.
3 انفجارات في قشم
وأشارت تقارير إعلامية إلى وقوع ثلاثة انفجارات في جزيرة قشم جنوب إيران، في وقت تداولت فيه وسائل إعلام صوراً ومقاطع مصورة قالت إنها توثق الانفجارات.
الغارات تمتد إلى بوشهر وعبادان
كما أفادت وسائل إعلام إيرانية بسماع دوي انفجارات في مدينة بوشهر جنوب غربي إيران، إضافة إلى غارات استهدفت أهدافاً في مدينة عبادان بإقليم الأهواز، مع نشر صور قيل إنها توثق آثار الانفجارات.
تأتي هذه التطورات بعد إعلان القيادة المركزية الأمريكية بدء تنفيذ ضربات ضد إيران، مؤكدة أنها جاءت رداً على محاولات استهداف القوات الأمريكية في الشرق الأوسط، في مؤشر إلى اتساع رقعة المواجهة العسكرية بين الجانبين.
The American strikes on targets inside Iran coincided with the sound of consecutive explosions heard in several cities and islands in the south of the country, including areas overlooking the Strait of Hormuz, according to Iranian media reports.
The Iranian television reported hearing an explosion coming from the Strait of Hormuz in Qeshm Island in Hormozgan province in the south of the country, and also mentioned explosions in Abu Musa and Kish islands in the same province.
Explosions in Bandar Abbas
Iranian media confirmed hearing the sound of two explosions in the city of Bandar Abbas, the largest city in Hormozgan province overlooking the Strait of Hormuz, without announcing the nature of the targets or the extent of the damage.
3 Explosions in Qeshm
Media reports indicated that three explosions occurred in Qeshm Island in southern Iran, while media outlets circulated images and videos claiming to document the explosions.
Airstrikes Extend to Bushehr and Abadan
Iranian media also reported hearing explosions in the city of Bushehr in southwestern Iran, in addition to airstrikes targeting sites in the city of Abadan in the Khuzestan province, along with images said to document the aftermath of the explosions.
These developments come after the U.S. Central Command announced the commencement of strikes against Iran, confirming that they were in response to attempts to target U.S. forces in the Middle East, indicating an escalation in the military confrontation between the two sides.
