منذ ظهر الأربعاء 2 سبتمبر تعيش قرية الركن التابعة لبلدية الغاسول، بدائرة بريزينة في ولاية البيض جنوب غربي الجزائر، على وقع عملية إنقاذ معقدة لطفل يبلغ من العمر 10 أعوام، بعدما سقط داخل بئر ارتوازية جافة، لتبدأ منذ ذلك الحين عملية سباق مع الزمن للوصول إليه وإخراجه سالمًا.
12:15 ظهرًا.. بداية عملية الإنقاذ
عند الساعة 12:15 ظهرًا يوم الأربعاء تلقت مصالح الحماية المدنية بلاغًا يفيد بسقوط طفل داخل بئر ارتوازية جافة في قرية الركن، الواقعة بين الطريقين الوطنيين 107 و47.
وسارعت فرق الحماية المدنية إلى موقع الحادثة، وشرعت في عمليات البحث والإنقاذ، مع تسخير فرق متخصصة وآليات ومعدات للحفر والتدخل، فيما بدأت السلطات المحلية متابعة تطورات الحادثة ميدانيًا.
لوح خشبي ينكسر.. وأيوب يسقط
وبحسب رواية والد الطفل، كان أيوب عائدًا إلى منزله بعدما أوصل وجبة طعام إلى شقيقه الذي كان يرعى الأغنام، وأثناء مروره فوق البئر انهار لوح خشبي كان يغطي فتحتها، ليسقط الطفل إلى داخلها.
وعقب سقوطه، تمكن والده من التواصل معه من أعلى البئر، وسمع صوته يطلب منه إخراجه، فيما حاول الأب طمأنته وانتظار وصول فرق الحماية المدنية.
80 مترًا تحت الأرض
تواجه فرق الإنقاذ مهمة بالغة الصعوبة؛ إذ يبلغ عمق البئر نحو 80 مترًا، بينما لا يتجاوز قطرها 40 سنتيمترًا، كما أنها بئر ارتوازية جافة وغير مستقيمة ولا تحتوي على دعامات أو أنابيب معدنية، ما يجعل النزول إليها والوصول إلى الطفل عبر فتحتها الأصلية أمرًا بالغ التعقيد.
ومع صعوبة الوصول المباشر، بدأت فرق الإنقاذ تنفيذ خطة بديلة تعتمد على حفر مسار موازٍ للبئر، للوصول إلى مستوى وجود الطفل، ثم فتح ممر أفقي باتجاهه.
سباق مع الزمن
تواصلت عمليات الحفر على مدار الساعة، بمشاركة فرق بشرية وتقنية وآليات متخصصة، فيما فرضت طبيعة التربة وضيق البئر العمل بحذر شديد لتفادي أي انهيارات قد تعرقل عملية الإنقاذ.
ومع تقدم الحفر، انتقلت الفرق إلى مراحل أكثر دقة، شملت الحفر اليدوي في المناطق التي تتطلب مزيدًا من الحذر، بهدف الاقتراب من موقع الطفل دون تعريضه للخطر.
اليوم الرابع.. نحو أيوب
وبحلول السبت 5 سبتمبر، دخلت عملية الإنقاذ يومها الرابع، فيما واصلت فرق الحماية المدنية العمل في المسار الموازي للبئر تمهيدًا للوصول إلى أيوب.
وقال مسؤول في الحماية المدنية، وفق تصريحات نقلتها وسائل إعلام، إن المسافة المتبقية للوصول إلى الطفل تقدر بنحو 20 مترًا، مشيرًا إلى أن الفرق لم تتلقَّ إشارات جديدة من أيوب حتى ذلك الوقت.
Since the afternoon of Wednesday, September 2, the village of Arkn, part of the municipality of Ghassoul in the Brizina district of El Bayadh, southwestern Algeria, has been experiencing a complex rescue operation for a 10-year-old boy who fell into a dry artesian well. Since then, a race against time has begun to reach him and bring him out safely.
12:15 PM.. The rescue operation begins
At 12:15 PM on Wednesday, the civil protection services received a report about a child falling into a dry artesian well in the village of Arkn, located between national roads 107 and 47.
The civil protection teams rushed to the scene of the incident and began search and rescue operations, deploying specialized teams, machinery, and equipment for drilling and intervention, while local authorities started monitoring the developments of the incident on-site.
A wooden plank breaks.. and Ayoub falls
According to the child’s father, Ayoub was returning home after delivering a meal to his brother who was tending to sheep, and while passing over the well, a wooden plank covering its opening collapsed, causing the child to fall inside.
After his fall, his father was able to communicate with him from above the well and heard his voice asking to be rescued, while the father tried to reassure him and waited for the civil protection teams to arrive.
80 meters underground
The rescue teams faced an extremely difficult task; the well’s depth is about 80 meters, while its diameter does not exceed 40 centimeters. Additionally, it is a dry artesian well that is not straight and lacks supports or metal pipes, making it highly complicated to descend and reach the child through its original opening.
Due to the difficulty of direct access, the rescue teams began to implement an alternative plan based on drilling a parallel path to the well, to reach the level where the child was located, and then open a horizontal passage towards him.
A race against time
Drilling operations continued around the clock, with the participation of human and technical teams and specialized machinery, while the nature of the soil and the narrowness of the well required working with extreme caution to avoid any collapses that could hinder the rescue operation.
As drilling progressed, the teams moved to more precise stages, including manual drilling in areas that required additional caution, aiming to approach the child’s location without putting him at risk.
The fourth day.. Towards Ayoub
By Saturday, September 5, the rescue operation entered its fourth day, while the civil protection teams continued working on the parallel path to the well in preparation to reach Ayoub.
A civil protection official stated, according to reports from media outlets, that the remaining distance to reach the child is estimated to be about 20 meters, noting that the teams had not received any new signals from Ayoub up to that time.
