تستعيد جمعية الثقافة والفنون بجدة مساء السبت القادم تجربة الشاعر الراحل محمد زايد الألمعي وإرثه الأدبي من خلال أمسية بعنوان «أنتم ووحدي»، تقام عند الساعة التاسعة مساء على مسرح الجمعية بجدة.
وتفتح الأمسية صفحات من سيرة الألمعي الشعرية والثقافية، وتستحضر ملامح تجربته ومحطاتها وأثرها في المشهد الأدبي السعودي عبر شهادات وقراءات تضيء جانباً من مشروعه الشعري وحضوره الثقافي.
ويشارك في الأمسية الدكتور حمود أبوطالب، وعبدالله ثابت، ويدير الحوار سعد زهير، في لقاء يعيد قراءة تجربة شاعر ظل أثره ممتداً في القصيدة والذاكرة الثقافية.
وعبّر مدير جمعية الثقافة والفنون بجدة محمد آل صبيح عن تقديره للقائمين على الأمسية لمد جسور التواصل والعمل الثقافي المشترك، مؤكداً أهمية تكامل الجهود بين المؤسسات الثقافية ودور النشر في خدمة الأدب السعودي والاحتفاء برموزه وحفظ منجزهم وتقديمه للأجيال.
وقال آل صبيح: «نقدر هذه الشراكة، وما تقوم به دور النشر من عمل يسهم في رفع جودة واستدامة النشر، وتعزيز حضور الثقافة السعودية وتقديرها واعترافها على المستوى الدولي، واستعادة تجربة محمد زايد الألمعي وفاء لشاعر ترك للقصيدة أثراً وللذاكرة إرثاً يستحق أن يبقى حاضراً.
وتأتي الأمسية ضمن مسار التعاون الثقافي، بما يوسع مساحة اللقاء بين المؤسسات الثقافية وصناعة النشر، ويمنح التجارب الأدبية السعودية مساحة متجددة للحضور.
The Culture and Arts Association in Jeddah will revive the experience of the late poet Muhammad Zaid Al-Almai and his literary legacy next Saturday evening through an event titled “You and I Alone,” which will take place at 9 PM on the association’s stage in Jeddah.
The evening will open pages from Al-Almai’s poetic and cultural biography, highlighting the features of his experience, its milestones, and its impact on the Saudi literary scene through testimonies and readings that illuminate aspects of his poetic project and cultural presence.
Participating in the evening will be Dr. Hamoud Abu Talib and Abdullah Thabit, with the dialogue moderated by Saad Zuhair, in a meeting that revisits the experience of a poet whose influence has extended in poetry and cultural memory.
Mohammad Al-Sabih, the director of the Culture and Arts Association in Jeddah, expressed his appreciation to those organizing the evening for building bridges of communication and collaborative cultural work, emphasizing the importance of integrating efforts between cultural institutions and publishing houses to serve Saudi literature, celebrate its symbols, preserve their achievements, and present them to future generations.
Al-Sabih stated: “We value this partnership and the work that publishing houses are doing to enhance the quality and sustainability of publishing, strengthen the presence of Saudi culture, and gain international recognition and appreciation. Reviving the experience of Muhammad Zaid Al-Almai is a tribute to a poet who left a mark on poetry and a legacy in memory that deserves to remain present.”
The evening is part of a cultural cooperation path, expanding the space for interaction between cultural institutions and the publishing industry, and providing Saudi literary experiences with a renewed space for presence.
