كشفت قضايا أمنية في الجزائر عن ممارسات خطيرة لأشخاص انتحلوا صفة أطباء ومهنيين في قطاع الصحة، ووصل الأمر في إحدى الحالات إلى إجراء عمليات جراحية واستخدام مواد طبية مجهولة المصدر ومنتهية الصلاحية، بما عرض حياة المرضى لمخاطر جسيمة.
عمليات جراحية دون مؤهلات
ونظرت محكمة الجنح في وهران قضية شخص متهم بممارسة مهنة الطب دون ترخيص، وكشفت التحقيقات عن إجرائه عمليات جراحية معقدة رغم عدم امتلاكه المؤهلات اللازمة.
وبحسب ما ورد خلال المحاكمة، كان المتهم يستخدم «العلق» على أجساد المرضى، إلى جانب مواد منتهية الصلاحية، كما اتُّهم بحقن عدة مرضى باستخدام الحقنة نفسها، في ممارسات قد تعرضهم لمضاعفات صحية خطيرة.
وضبطت السلطات داخل محله أدوية ومواد طبية منتهية الصلاحية، فيما يواجه المتهمون تهماً تتعلق بممارسة مهنة الطب دون ترخيص، وانتحال الصفة، والنصب والاحتيال، إلى جانب ممارسة نشاط تجاري دون تسجيل قانوني.
موقوف آخر وأدوية مجهولة المصدر
وفي ولاية باتنة، أوقفت فرقة البحث والتدخل شخصاً للاشتباه في ممارسته نشاطاً صحياً دون ترخيص رسمي.
وأسفرت العملية عن حجز كميات من الأدوية الصيدلانية، بينها مستحضرات منتهية الصلاحية وأخرى مجهولة المصدر، إضافة إلى ختم تابع لمؤسسة وهمية يُشتبه في استخدامه للاحتيال على المستهلكين.
وتسلط هذه القضايا الضوء على مخاطر الممارسات الطبية غير القانونية، وما قد تسببه من تهديد مباشر لصحة المرضى وسلامتهم.

Surgical Operations Without Qualifications
The misdemeanor court in Oran examined the case of a person accused of practicing medicine without a license, with investigations revealing that he performed complex surgical operations despite lacking the necessary qualifications.
According to reports during the trial, the accused used “leeches” on patients’ bodies, along with expired materials, and was also accused of injecting several patients using the same syringe, in practices that could expose them to serious health complications.
The authorities seized expired medications and medical materials from his shop, while the accused faces charges related to practicing medicine without a license, impersonation, fraud, and conducting business activities without legal registration.
Another Arrest and Unknown Source Medications
In Batna province, a research and intervention team arrested a person suspected of practicing health activities without official authorization.
The operation resulted in the seizure of quantities of pharmaceutical drugs, including expired products and others of unknown origin, in addition to a stamp belonging to a fictitious institution suspected of being used to defraud consumers.
These cases highlight the dangers of illegal medical practices and the direct threat they pose to patients’ health and safety.
