احتجزت الشرطة الإسرائيلية مسؤولا رفيع المستوى في مكتب رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو لاستجوابه، على خلفية شبهات تتعلق بعرقلة تحقيق وتسريب معلومات حساسة، في ظل اتهامات بأن تلك التسريبات أسهمت في تقويض جهود وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة.
ونقلت وكالة «بلومبيرغ» عن بيان الشرطة قوله: إن المسؤول يخضع للتحقيق بعد تحذيره من العواقب القانونية المحتملة لتصرفاته، دون الكشف عن هويته أو تفاصيل إضافية بشأن طبيعة المخالفات المشتبه بها.
وتجري التحقيقات حالياً في إطار قضايا تتعلق بـ«عرقلة العدالة» و«إساءة استخدام المنصب»، وسط تأكيدات رسمية بأن التحقيق لا يستهدف موقفاً سياسياً بعينه، بل يركز على احتمال الإضرار بمصالح أمنية عليا للدولة.
