كشفت مصادر أمريكية مطلعة 3 مطالب تريدها واشنطن من الرئيسة الفنزويلية بالوكالة دلسي رودريغيز، على الرغم من تحذير الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب من احتمال أن تلقى نفس مصير الرئيس المعتقل نيكولاس مادورو.
طرد العملاء والشبكات المعادية
وأفاد مصدران مطلعان بأن واشنطن تريد من رودريغيز تسهيل إجراء انتخابات حرة، التنحي عن السلطة، وإيقاف بيع النفط إلى خصوم الولايات المتحدة، بحسب ما نقل موقع «بوليتيكو»، اليوم الثلاثاء.
وطالب المسؤولون الأمريكيون نائبة مادورو بطرد «عملاء دول وشبكات معادية لواشنطن»، وأبلغوها بضرورة تشديد الرقابة على تدفقات المخدرات، من أجل تجنب مصير مادورو.
وأفصحت المصادر أن مسؤولو إدارة ترمب أجروا أول مكالمات رسمية لهم مع رؤساء تنفيذيين لشركات نفط من أجل حثهم على إعادة إحياء إنتاج النفط المتراجع في فنزويلا، وفقاً لما ذكره 4 أشخاص مطلعين على المحادثات.
تردد رؤساء الشركات
إلا أن رؤساء الشركات النفطية ما زالوا مترددين في دخول بلد يحكمه النظام الاشتراكي وتسوده الاضطرابات السياسية خصوصاً بعد اعتقال القوات الأمريكية لمادورو السبت الماضي.
وحسب المصادر، يبحث هؤلاء أنواع الحوافز التي ستكون ضرورية لإعادتهم إلى فنزويلا، وفق ما ذكر مسؤولان في القطاع مطلعان على الخطط. وقد تشمل هذه الحوافز توقيع الحكومة الأمريكية عقوداً تضمن الدفع والأمن أو تشكيل شراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
وحسب رأى أحد رؤساء الوكالات السابقين في الإدارة الأمريكية، فإنه من من الصعب تجاهل إصرار ترمب حول هذا الموضوع (عودة الشركات النفطية الأمريكية إلى فنزويلا). وقال: معظم الشركات تفكر في هذا الأمر منذ فترة، بل جميع الشركات الكبرى تفكر على الأرجح في الأمر، وبشكل جاد جداً.
تقديم المشورة للبيت الأبيض
وأفاد مصدر آخر، أن الإدارة الأمريكية تأمل أن يشكل معهد البترول الأمريكي، وهو جمعية تجارية قوية تمثل شركات النفط العاملة في الولايات المتحدة، فريق عمل لتقديم المشورة إلى البيت الأبيض بشأن أفضل السبل لإحياء إنتاج النفط الفنزويلي.
من جهتها، شددت زعيمة المعارضة الفنزويلية ماريا كورينا ماتشادو على أن فنزويلا ستصبح «مركز الطاقة في الأمريكتين»، موجهة الشكر إلى ترمب الذي اعتقل مادورو.
وأعلن ترمب، مساء أمس، أن بلاده ليست في حالة حرب مع فنزويلا. كما كشف أن إدارته قد تعوض شركات النفط التي تستثمر في فنزويلا بهدف الحفاظ على إنتاج النفط وزيادته.
