أعاد الموسيقار هاني فرحات إشعال الجدل حول لقب (صوت مصر)، بعدما أكد في لقاء تلفزيوني أن الفنانة أنغام هي الأجدر بحمله، مشيرًا إلى أنها قدّمت نموذجًا فنيًا يستحق أن يُدرَّس للأجيال الجديدة.
قال فرحات: إن أنغام تمثل حالة فنية متكاملة منذ بداياتها حتى اليوم، وإن مسيرتها تجعلها نموذجًا يُحتذى لأي موهبة تبحث عن طريقها. وأوضح أن الجدل حول اللقب غير مبرر، مؤكدًا أن وجود أصوات كبيرة مثل أنغام وشيرين ومي فاروق وشادية وأم كلثوم ونجاة هو ما يمنح مصر ثراءً فنيًا، لكنه شدد على أن أنغام «تستحق مليون في المية لقب صوت مصر»، بينما وصف شيرين عبد الوهاب بأنها «إحساس مصر»، معتبرًا أن لكل منهما بصمة خاصة لا يمكن تجاهلها.
وأضاف أن منح مثل هذا اللقب لأي فنان يجب أن يخضع لشروط واضحة، وأن أنغام تحقق هذه الشروط بجدارة، سواء في التزامها الفني أو حضورها أو قدرتها على تقديم أعمال تعيش طويلًا في ذاكرة الجمهور.
وكانت أنغام قد أحيّت حفلاً ناجحًا ضمن موسم جدة في أغسطس الماضي، وقدمت خلاله مجموعة من أغنيات ألبومها الجديد إلى جانب أعمالها التي ارتبط بها الجمهور على مدى سنوات، وسط تفاعل كبير استمر لأكثر من ساعتين.
The musician Hani Farhat reignited the debate over the title of (Voice of Egypt), after he confirmed in a television interview that the artist Angham is the most deserving of it, pointing out that she has presented an artistic model that deserves to be taught to new generations.
Farhat stated that Angham represents a complete artistic case from her beginnings until today, and that her career makes her a role model for any talent seeking its path. He explained that the debate over the title is unjustified, emphasizing that the presence of great voices like Angham, Sherine, Mai Farouk, Shadia, Umm Kulthum, and Nagat is what gives Egypt its artistic richness, but he stressed that Angham “deserves a million percent the title of Voice of Egypt,” while he described Sherine Abdel Wahab as “the feeling of Egypt,” considering that each of them has a unique imprint that cannot be ignored.
He added that granting such a title to any artist should be subject to clear conditions, and that Angham meets these conditions with merit, whether in her artistic commitment, presence, or her ability to present works that live long in the audience’s memory.
Angham had held a successful concert as part of the Jeddah Season last August, during which she performed a selection of songs from her new album alongside works that the audience has been connected to over the years, amidst a great interaction that lasted for more than two hours.
