رأس وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، أعمال الدورة الـ(121) للمجلس التنفيذي للمنظمة العربية للتنمية الإدارية، والمنعقدة خلال الفترة 24 – 26 أغسطس 2026م، وذلك في مقر المنظمة بالقاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية، وبمشاركة أصحاب المعالي وممثلي الدول الأعضاء في المجلس التنفيذي، وبحضور مدير عام معهد الإدارة العامة الدكتور بندر السجان، والمندوب الدائم للمملكة بالقاهرة السفير عبدالعزيز المطر، ومدير عام المنظمة العربية للتنمية الإدارية الدكتور ناصر القحطاني.
وألقى الوزير الراجحي في بداية الاجتماع كلمة رحّب فيها برؤساء أجهزة الخدمة المدنية أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي، مقدمًا جزيل الشكر والعرفان لجمهورية مصر الشقيقة حكومةً وشعبًا على حفاوة الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة، ومؤكدًا أن هذا الاجتماع يعكس الالتزام بدعم وتعزيز مسيرة التعاون العربي المشترك وجهود المنظمة، كما أكّد أهمية مواصلة العمل لتحقيق تنمية إدارية مستدامة، وتبني أفضل الممارسات الدولية، وتطوير قدرات الموارد البشرية، بما يعزز من دور المنظمة ومكانتها في دعم مسيرة التنمية الإدارية العربية.
وناقش المجلس خلال الاجتماع عددًا من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال، والتي من أبرزها استعراض الإنجازات التي حققتها المنظمة خلال العام 2025م، ومتابعة تنفيذ القرارات السابقة للمجلس التنفيذي، إلى جانب دراسة وبحث التصور المبدئي للدورة الثانية من الخطة الإستراتيجية للأعوام 2027–2030م.
وشارك الراجحي في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية للمنظمة العربية للتنمية الإدارية في دورتها العادية الـ59، وتمت مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات المتعلقة بأعمال المنظمة وخططها المستقبلية، واستعرضت تقارير الإنجاز لعامي 2024م و2025م، والخطة الإستراتيجية والموازنة التقديرية لعامي 2027–2028م.
وشهد الاجتماع انتخاب المجلس التنفيذي للفترة 2026–2028م، واختيار هيئة الرقابة المالية والإدارية، واستعراض عدد من التجارب الإدارية الناجحة للدول الأعضاء.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, chaired the 121st session of the Executive Council of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, held from August 24 to 26, 2026, at the organization’s headquarters in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, with the participation of Their Excellencies and representatives of the member states in the Executive Council, and in the presence of the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Bandar Al-Sajjan, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom in Cairo, Ambassador Abdulaziz Al-Matar, and the Director General of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, Dr. Nasser Al-Qahtani.
Minister Al-Rajhi delivered an opening speech at the meeting, welcoming the heads of civil service agencies who are members of the Executive Council, expressing his deep gratitude and appreciation to the sisterly Republic of Egypt, both government and people, for their warm reception and generous hospitality. He emphasized that this meeting reflects the commitment to support and enhance the path of Arab joint cooperation and the efforts of the organization, as well as the importance of continuing to work towards achieving sustainable administrative development, adopting the best international practices, and developing human resource capabilities, which enhances the role and status of the organization in supporting the path of Arab administrative development.
During the meeting, the council discussed several topics on the agenda, most notably reviewing the achievements of the organization during the year 2025, following up on the implementation of previous decisions of the Executive Council, in addition to studying and researching the preliminary vision for the second phase of the strategic plan for the years 2027–2030.
Al-Rajhi also participated in the General Assembly meeting of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development in its 59th regular session, where several topics related to the organization’s work and future plans were discussed, including the achievement reports for the years 2024 and 2025, the strategic plan, and the estimated budget for the years 2027–2028.
The meeting witnessed the election of the Executive Council for the period 2026–2028, the selection of the Financial and Administrative Control Authority, and the review of several successful administrative experiences from member states.
