Panic gripped residents of Nathnaipally village in Narsapur mandal of Medak district after a leopard reportedly entered the village and killed a buffalo calf.

According to local residents, the leopard attacked a buffalo calf that was tethered inside a cattle shed during the night. The calf died on the spot.

The incident has sparked fear among villagers, who are worried about the movement of the wild animal in the area. Residents have urged the Forest Department to track the leopard, intensify surveillance, and take necessary measures to prevent further attacks.
