Vijayawada: AP CID’s Special Investigation Team sleuths carried out searches at the offices of Bharati Cements, Resource One and Tea Grill Restaurant in connection with multi-crore AP liquor scam case in Hyderabad on Saturday.

As the SIT has already arrested the main accused in the case Kasireddy Rajasekhar Reddy and other accused, including Balaji Govindappa and Chanakya, as part of its ongoing inquiry, a six-member team searched the offices to find out any evidence pertaining to the case with regard to holding meetings with liquor firms and payment of bribes.
