Stock Market LIVE: Caplin Point Laboratories share price declined 3.39 per cent to the day’s low of ₹2,473.90 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The US Food and Drug Administration issued 10 observations with 483 forms to its injectable and ophthalmic manufacturing facility located in Gummidipoondi, the company said in the exchange filing. Caplin Point Laboratories said that the observations are procedural in nature and do not pertain to data integrity.
Form 483 is issued when violation of the Food Drug, and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act and related Acts is found.
