بدأت وزارة الحج والعمرة عقد سلسلة الاجتماعات التحضيرية مع مكاتب شؤون الحجاج في أكثر من 75 دولة حول العالم؛ استعداداً لموسم حج 1448هـ، ضمن أعمال التخطيط المبكر للموسم، وتعزيز التنسيق والتكامل بما يسهم في رفع مستوى الجاهزية وتيسير رحلة ضيوف الرحمن.
خطط التشغيل
وتهدف الاجتماعات إلى بحث التحضيرات الخاصة بالموسم، والاطلاع على الخطط التشغيلية الخاصة بمكاتب شؤون الحجاج لموسم حج عام 1448هـ، إضافة إلى استعراض أبرز التعليمات والضوابط المنظمة لأعمال الحج، ومناقشة متطلبات مكاتب شؤون الحجاج والإجابة عن استفساراتهم، بما يدعم استكمال الترتيبات والاستعدادات وفق الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
استعداد مبكر
وأكدت وزارة الحج والعمرة أن هذه الاجتماعات تأتي ضمن الاستعداد المبكر لموسم حج 1448هـ، في ظل توجيهات القيادة الرشيدة بتسخير جميع الإمكانات لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن وتيسير رحلتهم، وتحقيقاً لمستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، من خلال تعزيز التكامل والتنسيق مع مكاتب شؤون الحجاج والجهات ذات العلاقة، ورفع مستوى الجاهزية، والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات، بما يمكّن ضيوف الرحمن من أداء مناسكهم بيسر وطمأنينة، ويثري تجربتهم الإيمانية.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has begun a series of preparatory meetings with the offices of the Affairs of Pilgrims in more than 75 countries around the world; in preparation for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, as part of the early planning efforts for the season, and to enhance coordination and integration that contributes to raising the level of readiness and facilitating the journey of the guests of الرحمن.
Operational Plans
The meetings aim to discuss the preparations for the season, review the operational plans of the offices of the Affairs of Pilgrims for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, in addition to presenting the most important instructions and regulations governing Hajj operations, and discussing the requirements of the offices of the Affairs of Pilgrims and answering their inquiries, in a way that supports the completion of arrangements and preparations according to the approved timelines.
Early Preparation
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirmed that these meetings are part of the early preparation for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, in light of the directives of the wise leadership to harness all capabilities to serve the guests of الرحمن and facilitate their journey, and in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of الرحمن Service Program, by enhancing integration and coordination with the offices of the Affairs of Pilgrims and relevant authorities, raising the level of readiness, and improving the quality of services, enabling the guests of الرحمن to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance, and enriching their spiritual experience.
