أعلنت وزارة السياحة اعتماد تحديثات على تعليمات ممارسة نشاط نُزل موسم الحج، ومعايير الترخيص والتصنيف، وجدول المخالفات المرتبط بها، للمرافق المخصّصة لإسكان ضيوف الرحمن في مدينتَي مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، ما يسهم في رفع جاهزية مرافق الضيافة، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدّمة، وتنظيم تشغيل هذا النوع من المرافق استعدادًا لحج 1448.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة السياحة نصر الأنصاري أن هذه التحديثات تهدف إلى تطوير الإطار التنظيمي والتشغيلي لضمان جاهزية المرافق قبل بدء التشغيل واستقبال الضيوف، من خلال متطلبات تشمل التحقق من الجاهزية التشغيلية، واستيفاء اشتراطات السلامة والصيانة، واستمرارية الخدمات الأساسية، والالتزام بالمعايير التشغيلية، بما يحقق تجربة إقامة آمنة ومنظّمة لضيوف الرحمن.
وشملت المعايير تصنيف نُزل موسم الحج إلى الدرجة الاقتصادية والدرجة الأولى، مع متطلبات خاصة بكل درجة، إلى جانب متطلبات تغطي مختلف جوانب تشغيل النُزل، بما يشمل المرافق المشتركة، والغرف، والاستقبال، والنظافة، والصيانة، والخدمات المقدّمة للضيوف، إضافةً إلى مراحل متعددة من التفتيش والرقابة قبل الترخيص، وقبل التشغيل، وخلال فترة التشغيل، بما يعزز الالتزام بالمعايير وجودة الخدمات.
وأكدت الوزارة أن ضيافة حجاج بيت الله الحرام مسؤوليةٌ مشتركة وأمانةٌ وطنية تعكس إرثًا تاريخيًا عريقًا يمتد لمئات السنين، لذلك عملت الوزارة في إطار حملة «ضيوفنا أولوية» على تطوير معايير مرافق نُزل موسم الحج للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات، وتوفير تجربة ضيافة آمنة تُثري رحلة الحجاج، وتليق بمكانة المملكة وحرصها المستمر على خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
ودعت الراغبين في الحصول على ترخيص نُزل موسم الحج خلال حج 1448 إلى البدء مبكرًا في استيفاء المتطلبات، واستكمال أعمال الصيانة والتجهيز، والتقدّم بطلب الترخيص.
The Ministry of Tourism has announced updates to the guidelines for operating seasonal pilgrimage accommodations, licensing and classification standards, and the associated violations table for facilities designated for housing the guests of Allah in the cities of Mecca and Medina. This contributes to enhancing the readiness of hospitality facilities, improving the quality of services provided, and organizing the operation of this type of facility in preparation for the pilgrimage of 1448.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Tourism, Nasr Al-Ansari, explained that these updates aim to develop the regulatory and operational framework to ensure the readiness of facilities before they begin operations and receive guests. This includes requirements such as verifying operational readiness, meeting safety and maintenance conditions, ensuring the continuity of essential services, and adhering to operational standards, all of which achieve a safe and organized accommodation experience for the guests of Allah.
The standards included classifying seasonal pilgrimage accommodations into economic and first-class categories, with specific requirements for each category, in addition to requirements covering various aspects of operating the accommodations, including shared facilities, rooms, reception, cleanliness, maintenance, and services provided to guests. This also includes multiple stages of inspection and oversight before licensing, prior to operation, and during the operational period, which enhances compliance with standards and the quality of services.
The ministry emphasized that hosting the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah is a shared responsibility and a national trust that reflects a rich historical legacy spanning hundreds of years. Therefore, the ministry has worked within the framework of the “Our Guests are a Priority” campaign to develop standards for seasonal pilgrimage accommodations to elevate the quality of services and provide a safe hospitality experience that enriches the pilgrims’ journey and befits the Kingdom’s status and its continuous commitment to serving the guests of Allah.
The ministry urged those wishing to obtain a license for seasonal pilgrimage accommodations during the pilgrimage of 1448 to start early in fulfilling the requirements, completing maintenance and preparations, and submitting the licensing application.
