بتوجيهات القيادة، قدمت المملكة العربية السعودية عبر البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن دفعة جديدة لدعم الموازنة اليمنية بأكثر من 224 مليون ريال، مخصصة لتغطية النفقات التشغيلية والرواتب، حرصًا من المملكة على تحقيق الاستقرار والنماء للشعب اليمني الشقيق.
ويهدف الدعم إلى المساهمة في انتظام التدفقات المالية الحكومية وصرف الرواتب، ودعم كفاءة السياسة المالية، بما يحفّز دفع مسيرة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية نحو مسار أكثر استدامة، وينعكس الدعم الاقتصادي إيجابًا على تعزيز القوة الشرائية، وانتظام الدخل للأسر، وكذلك تنشيط الأسواق التجارية.
المملكة أكبر داعم تاريخي
وتُعد المملكة العربية السعودية أكبر داعم تاريخي لليمن إنسانيًا وتنمويًا واقتصاديًا، وشكّلت التدخلات التنموية والاقتصادية المقدمة من المملكة بقيمة تجاوزت 12.6 مليار دولار خلال الفترة بين 2012 و2026، ركيزة أساسية في تعزيز قدرة المؤسسات اليمنية على مواصلة تقديم الخدمات للشعب اليمني الشقيق، وتخفيف حدة الضغوط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، منها ودائع ومنح لصالح البنك المركزي اليمني، تحقيقًا لمستوى التوازن المالي ودعم استقرار الاقتصاد الكلي في الجمهورية اليمنية الشقيقة.
300 مشروع ومبادرة تنموية
وحققت التدخلات التنموية عبر البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن أثرًا إيجابيًا في ترسيخ أسس التنمية المستدامة، والحد من الآثار الإنسانية والاقتصادية، وتحقيق تنمية شاملة تعود بالنفع على الأجيال الحاضرة والمستقبلية. وقدّم البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن مصفوفة من المشاريع والمبادرات التنموية في ثمانية قطاعات حيوية وأساسية، بلغت 300 مشروع ومبادرة تنموية، أسهمت في رفع كفاءة البنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية، وبناء قدرات الكوادر اليمنية، وتوفير فرص العمل، بما يسهم في تحقيق تنمية مستدامة وشاملة للأشقاء في اليمن.
Under the directives of the leadership, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, has provided a new batch of support for the Yemeni budget amounting to more than 224 million riyals, allocated to cover operational expenses and salaries, reflecting the Kingdom’s commitment to achieving stability and growth for the brotherly Yemeni people.
The support aims to contribute to the regularity of government financial flows and salary payments, and to enhance the efficiency of fiscal policy, which stimulates the advancement of economic and social development towards a more sustainable path. The economic support positively reflects on enhancing purchasing power, ensuring regular income for families, as well as revitalizing commercial markets.
The Kingdom’s Historic Support
Saudi Arabia is considered the largest historical supporter of Yemen in humanitarian, developmental, and economic aspects. The developmental and economic interventions provided by the Kingdom, amounting to over 12.6 billion dollars between 2012 and 2026, have been a fundamental pillar in enhancing the capacity of Yemeni institutions to continue providing services to the brotherly Yemeni people and alleviating the severity of economic and social pressures, including deposits and grants for the Central Bank of Yemen, achieving a level of financial balance and supporting macroeconomic stability in the brotherly Republic of Yemen.
300 Development Projects and Initiatives
The developmental interventions through the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen have had a positive impact on establishing the foundations of sustainable development, mitigating humanitarian and economic effects, and achieving comprehensive development that benefits both present and future generations. The Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen has provided a matrix of development projects and initiatives across eight vital and essential sectors, totaling 300 development projects and initiatives, which have contributed to enhancing the efficiency of infrastructure and basic services, building the capacities of Yemeni cadres, and providing job opportunities, thereby contributing to achieving sustainable and comprehensive development for our brothers in Yemen.
