وقال الرئيس الكولومبي الجديد، أبيلاردو دي لا إسبرييلا مساء الأربعاء: إن نحو 500 شخص ما زالوا في عداد المفقودين، على الرغم من أن قواعد البيانات التي تديرها الجهات المدنية تقدر هذا العدد بأكثر من 4100 شخص، مشيرًا إلى أن إجمالي عدد الأسر المتضررة تجاوز 25800 أسرة.

The death toll from the earthquake that struck Colombia has risen to at least 265 people who lost their lives, with a magnitude of 7.4 on the Richter scale.

The new Colombian president, Abelardo de la Espriella, stated on Wednesday evening that around 500 people are still missing, although the databases managed by civil authorities estimate this number to be over 4,100 people, noting that the total number of affected families has exceeded 25,800 families.

The Colombian Geological Survey has recorded 130 aftershocks since the earthquake occurred.
