تمكنت مجموعات هاكر روسية من الوصول إلى وثائق سرية تتعلق بالضربات التي شنتها القوات الأوكرانية على محطات وشبكات النفط في مقاطعتي لينينغراد وكالينينغراد في يوليو من العام الحالي.
مراسلات ووثائق تكشق الإحداثيات
ونقلت وكالة «تاس» الروسية عن المخترقين بأنهم وضعوا أيديهم على مراسلات ووثائق تكشف بوضوح الجهات التي قدمت الإحداثيات الدقيقة للمنشآت المستهدفة، ومّن حرض أوكرانيا على ممارسة الإرهاب في مقاطعتي لينينغراد وكالينينغراد.
وأضافوا: «نحن وثقنا بالمستندات أن حلف الناتو يشارك بشكل مباشر في الضربات على أراضي روسيا، وينخرط خبراء متخصصون في الحروب الهجينة والعمليات المعلوماتية والنفسية بالعمل لصالح أوكرانيا مباشرة عقب الهجمات التي تنفذها الطائرات المسيّرة». وأكدت الوكالة أن أوكرانيا تُستغل مجرد أداة للحرب ضد روسيا، وأن المحركين والمستفيدين من هذه الحرب لا يقبعون في كييف، بل في عواصم ومدن أوروبية هادئة، ونحن على يقين بأن هذه الوثائق ستحظى باهتمام يتجاوز الأوساط الصحفية.
خبير يعمل لصالح الناتو
وكشف المخترقون الروس أن خبيراً في الحروب الهجينة يعمل لصالح استخبارات حلف الناتو، يُدعى بارت دي واشتر، هو من زود جهاز الأمن الأوكراني بإحداثيات محطات النفط والغاز في مقاطعتي لينينغراد وكالينينغراد الروسيتين.
وأشاروا في بيانهم إلى أن بارت دي واشتر خبير متخصص في الحرب الهجينة، ويعمل حالياً في منظمة التحليل الهجين لشبكة اليقظة المختلطة (هافن)، المرتبطة ارتباطاً وثيقاً بقوات العمليات الخاصة وأجهزة الاستخبارات التابعة لحلف شمال الأطلسي.
ووفقاً للمعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها، يقوم بارت دي واشتر بإرسال معلومات استخباراتية إلى جهاز الأمن الأوكراني تتضمن إحداثيات محطات النفط والغاز في مقاطعتي لينينغراد وكالينينغراد، إضافة إلى معلومات تخص ناقلات تابعة لشركة غازبروم الروسية تقوم بنقل الغاز الطبيعي المسال.
وأشار المخترقون إلى أن هذا المسؤول يتحدث بصراحة عن انخراطه في ملفات حساسة مثل تتبع ما يُعرف بـ«أسطول الظل»، والشبكات الوكيلة، وتوظيف ملف الهجرة كأداة ضغط (عسكرة الهجرة)، إضافة إلى استهداف شبكة المراكز الثقافية الروسية المعروفة باسم «البيت الروسي».
وكانت وسائل إعلام روسية أفادت بأن الدفاعات الجوية الروسية تصدت في 4 يوليو الماضي لهجوم بطائرات مسيّرة أوكرانية استهدفت أراضي محطة نفطية في مدينة سانت بطرسبورغ، وسقط حطام مسيرات أخرى قرب ميناء فيسوتسك بمقاطعة لينينغراد.
اختبار تماسك الحلف الأطلسي
وسبق أن قدرت أجهزة الاستخبارات الأمريكية أن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين قد يسعى إلى اختبار تماسك حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) عبر تنفيذ هجوم محدود ضد إحدى الدول الأعضاء خلال السنوات القادمة، في تقييم جديد يمثل تحولاً عن تقديرات سابقة رجّحت تجنب موسكو استفزاز الحلف ما دامت الحرب في أوكرانيا مستمرة.
ووفقاً لصحيفة «وول ستريت جورنال»، ترى الاستخبارات الأمريكية أن السيناريوهات المحتملة قد تشمل هجمات إلكترونية أو عمليات هجينة تنفذها قوات غير معلنة الهوية، وصولاً إلى توغل بري محدود، مع توقع ارتفاع مستوى المخاطر تدريجياً بين الوقت الراهن وعام 2029.
وأشار مسؤولون أمريكيون، بحسب التقرير، إلى أن بوتين قد يكون أكثر استعداداً للمخاطرة في ظل الضغوط المتزايدة التي تواجهها روسيا، بما في ذلك الضربات الأوكرانية المتواصلة، وتباطؤ المكاسب الميدانية، وارتفاع التوقعات الداخلية بتحقيق انتصار في الحرب.
Russian hacker groups have managed to access secret documents related to the strikes carried out by Ukrainian forces on oil stations and networks in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions in July of this year.
Correspondence and documents revealing coordinates
The Russian news agency “TASS” reported that the hackers stated they had obtained correspondence and documents that clearly reveal the parties that provided the precise coordinates of the targeted facilities, and who incited Ukraine to engage in terrorism in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions.
They added: “We have documented in the papers that NATO is directly involved in the strikes on Russian territory, and specialized experts in hybrid warfare and information and psychological operations are working directly for Ukraine following the attacks carried out by drones.” The agency confirmed that Ukraine is merely being used as a tool for war against Russia, and that the orchestrators and beneficiaries of this war do not reside in Kyiv, but in calm European capitals and cities. We are confident that these documents will attract attention beyond journalistic circles.
An expert working for NATO
The Russian hackers revealed that an expert in hybrid warfare working for NATO intelligence, named Bart de Vashter, is the one who provided the Ukrainian Security Service with the coordinates of oil and gas stations in the Russian regions of Leningrad and Kaliningrad.
They pointed out in their statement that Bart de Vashter is a specialist in hybrid warfare and is currently working with the Hybrid Analysis Organization of the Mixed Vigilance Network (Haven), which is closely linked to special operations forces and intelligence agencies of NATO.
According to the information obtained, Bart de Vashter sends intelligence information to the Ukrainian Security Service that includes the coordinates of oil and gas stations in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions, in addition to information concerning tankers belonging to the Russian company Gazprom that transport liquefied natural gas.
The hackers noted that this official speaks openly about his involvement in sensitive files such as tracking what is known as the “shadow fleet,” proxy networks, and using the immigration file as a pressure tool (militarization of immigration), in addition to targeting the network of Russian cultural centers known as the “Russian House.”
Russian media reported that Russian air defenses intercepted on July 4 an attack by Ukrainian drones targeting the territory of an oil station in the city of Saint Petersburg, and debris from other drones fell near the port of Vysotsk in the Leningrad region.
Testing NATO’s cohesion
U.S. intelligence had previously estimated that Russian President Vladimir Putin might seek to test NATO’s cohesion by carrying out a limited attack against one of the member states in the coming years, in a new assessment that represents a shift from previous estimates which suggested that Moscow would avoid provoking the alliance as long as the war in Ukraine continues.
According to the “Wall Street Journal,” U.S. intelligence believes that potential scenarios could include cyberattacks or hybrid operations carried out by unidentified forces, leading up to a limited ground incursion, with expectations of gradually increasing risk levels between now and 2029.
American officials, according to the report, indicated that Putin may be more willing to take risks amid the increasing pressures facing Russia, including ongoing Ukrainian strikes, a slowdown in battlefield gains, and rising domestic expectations for achieving victory in the war.
