في جريمة مروعة حولت أحد أحياء إسطنبول إلى ما يشبه ساحة مواجهة مسلحة، أقدم مستأجر غاضب على قتل مالك المنزل وزوجته وإصابة محاميهما بطلقات نارية عقب مشادة حادة بين الطرفين، قبل أن يوجه سلاحه نحو رجال الشرطة وسيارات الإسعاف التي هرعت إلى الموقع.

الجريمة التي شهدتها منطقة «مالتيبي» بدأت بنزاع كلامي بين المستأجر المدعو محمد (63 عاماً) وصاحب العقار عثمان وزوجته نورسين (كلاهما 61 عاماً)، وسرعان ما تطورت إلى إطلاق نار عشوائي، حيث وثقت مقاطع فيديو مشاهد صادمة لمطاردة القاتل للزوجة أثناء محاولتها الهرب، قبل أن تسقط أرضاً ويقترب منها ليجهز عليها بطلقات إضافية، فيما سقط زوجها قتيلاً في موقع الحادثة، ونُقل محاميهما أمير إلى المستشفى بحالة حرجة عبر سيارة أحد المارة.

وتصاعدت الخطورة مع استمرار الجاني في إطلاق النار بكثافة، مما أجبر سيارات الإسعاف على التراجع عاجزة عن تقديم الإسعافات الأولية، ودفع الشرطة لتطويق المنطقة والاستعانة بطائرة مسيرة (Drone) لتعقب الجاني والسيطرة عليه واعتقاله، لتكشف التحقيقات الأولية لاحقاً أن القاتل يملك سجيلاً إجرامياً يتضمن ثلاث سوابق في قضايا التهديد والإهانة.

The crime that occurred in the “Maltepe” area began with a verbal dispute between the tenant named Mohammed (63 years old) and the property owner Osman and his wife Nursin (both 61 years old), which quickly escalated into random gunfire. Video clips captured shocking scenes of the killer chasing the wife as she attempted to escape, before she fell to the ground and he approached her to finish her off with additional shots, while her husband lay dead at the scene, and their lawyer Amir was taken to the hospital in critical condition by a passerby’s car.

The situation became more dangerous as the perpetrator continued to fire heavily, forcing the ambulances to retreat, unable to provide first aid, and prompting the police to cordon off the area and use a drone to track down the perpetrator, control him, and arrest him. Initial investigations later revealed that the killer had a criminal record that included three previous offenses for threats and insults.
