خالفت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء 17 منشأة دوائية بغرامات تجاوزت 1.57 مليون ريال، خلال أشهر مايو ويونيو ويوليو 2026، لعدم التزامها بنظام التتبع الإلكتروني للمستحضرات الصيدلانية المسجلة «رصد».
عدم الإبلاغ عن نقص المخزون
وأوضحت الهيئة عبر منصة «إكس» أن المخالفات شملت 8 منشآت لم تلتزم بالتبليغ المباشر لتحرك الدواء، و4 منشآت لم تلتزم بالتبليغ عن توقع نقص أو انقطاع في إمدادات الأدوية بمدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر من الوقت المتوقع لانقطاع الإمداد أو تأثر المخزون.
وأضافت أن المخالفات شملت كذلك 4 منشآت لم تلتزم بتوفير مستحضراتها المسجلة مهما قل ثمنها أو استهلاكها، ومنشأة واحدة لم تلتزم بتوفير مخزون يكفي لمدة 6 أشهر لجميع مستحضراتها المسجلة إلى جانب عدم تعويض النقص في المخزون خلال المدة المحددة البالغة 3 أشهر كحد أقصى.
يُذكر أنه وفقًا لنظام المنشآت والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والعشبية تصل العقوبات إلى 5 ملايين ريال، إضافة إلى إغلاق المنشأة الصيدلية مؤقتًا لمدة لا تتجاوز 180 يومًا أو إلغاء الترخيص.
The General Authority for Food and Drug has penalized 17 pharmaceutical establishments with fines exceeding 1.57 million riyals during the months of May, June, and July 2026, for failing to comply with the electronic tracking system for registered pharmaceutical products “Rasd”.
Failure to Report Stock Shortages
The authority clarified via the “X” platform that the violations included 8 establishments that did not comply with the direct reporting of drug movements, and 4 establishments that failed to report anticipated shortages or interruptions in drug supplies at least 6 months before the expected disruption or stock impact.
It added that the violations also included 4 establishments that did not comply with providing their registered products regardless of their price or consumption, and one establishment that did not maintain a stock sufficient for 6 months for all its registered products, in addition to failing to compensate for the stock shortage within the specified period of 3 months at most.
It is worth noting that according to the regulations for pharmaceutical and herbal establishments and products, penalties can reach up to 5 million riyals, in addition to temporarily closing the pharmacy for a period not exceeding 180 days or revoking the license.
