Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh police opened fire at red sanders smuggler Zakir in Duvvur in Kadapa district in Andhra Pradesh.
Zakir sustained a bullet injury to his leg in the firing. Police shifted the injured smuggler to a hospital in Kadapa for treatment. More details are awaited.
