Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy extended National Handloom Day greetings to weavers and artisans on Friday.

Sharing a message on X, Revanth Reddy said that handlooms represent India’s rich culture and traditions to the world.

On the occasion, he said the state government is committed to strengthening the livelihoods of handloom weavers, honouring the skill and dedication of artisans, and further developing the handloom sector.

Revanth Reddy said the government is committed to improving the welfare of handloom workers by promoting modern technology to enhance production, expanding market opportunities, and preserving traditional handloom art.
