Hyderabad: Sreenidi Deccan Football Club has announced Spanish tactician Antonio Rueda as the head coach for the upcoming Indian Football League 2026-27 season. Rueda arrives with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of tactical innovation, signaling the club’s intent to build on its recent successes and challenge for the league title in the new season.
Rueda, known for his modern approach and emphasis on possession-based football, has spent a significant portion of his coaching career in the Spanish football ecosystem. His arrival is expected to further refine the tactical discipline and attacking flair that Sreenidi Deccan FC has become known for. The Spaniard has previously had two spells in the Indian Football League (formerly the I-League), managing Churchill Brothers FC and Gokulam Kerala FC.
