في قرار يسعى لإعادة تنظيم المشهد الإعلامي الرياضي المصري، قرر المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام في مصر إيقاف الكابتن أحمد بلال، مهاجم الأهلي السابق والمذيع ببرنامج «هنا الأهلي»، عن الظهور الإعلامي لمدة ثلاثة أسابيع، مع إلزام قناة «الأهلي» بدفع غرامة مالية قدرها 5 آلاف جنيه مصري لمخالفتها الضوابط والأكواد المهنية.
وجاءت العقوبة بناءً على تقارير إدارة الرصد وتوصيات لجنة الشكاوى برئاسة عصام الأمير عقب جلسة استماع رسمية، وذلك على خلفية حلقة 31 أغسطس الماضي؛ والتي شهدت سجالاً ساخناً فتح فيه المذيع النار على مسؤولي نادي الزمالك، رداً على تصريحات الدكتور حسام المندوه، أمين صندوق القلعة البيضاء، بشأن وجود تفاوت بين القيمة الحقيقية لعقد نجم الفريق أحمد مصطفى «زيزو» والرقم المسجل رسمياً باتحاد الكرة.
وكان المذيع ومهاجم المنتخب المصري السابق قد أطلق عبارات تهكمية أثارت غضباً واسعاً في الأوساط الرياضية، عندما اعتبر المساس بقلعة الجزيرة خطاً أحمر، صادحاً على الهواء بأن «البعض يحتاج إلى دروس خصوصية قبل الحديث عن النادي الأهلي»، وهي العبارة التي اعتبرها المجلس الأعلى للإعلام خروجاً صريحاً عن المعايير المهنية وميثاق الشرف، لتتقرر عقوبة الإيقاف الفوري للمذيع وفرض الغرامة المالية على الشاشة الحمراء.
In a decision aimed at reorganizing the Egyptian sports media landscape, the Supreme Council for Media Regulation in Egypt has decided to suspend Captain Ahmed Bilal, former Al Ahly striker and host of the program “Here is Al Ahly,” from appearing in the media for three weeks, while also obligating Al Ahly Channel to pay a fine of 5,000 Egyptian pounds for violating professional standards and codes.
The penalty came based on reports from the Monitoring Department and recommendations from the Complaints Committee headed by Essam El Amir following an official hearing session, in light of the episode on August 31; which witnessed a heated exchange where the host launched an attack on the officials of Zamalek Club, in response to statements made by Dr. Hossam El Mandouh, the treasurer of the White Castle, regarding the discrepancy between the actual value of the contract of team star Ahmed Mostafa “Zizo” and the figure officially recorded with the Football Association.
The host and former Egyptian national team striker had made sarcastic remarks that sparked widespread outrage in sports circles when he considered any attack on the island fortress a red line, declaring on air that “some need private lessons before talking about Al Ahly,” a statement that the Supreme Media Council deemed a clear violation of professional standards and the code of honor, leading to the immediate suspension of the host and the imposition of a financial penalty on the red screen.
