رفع رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة stc الأمير محمد بن خالد بن عبدالله الفيصل أسمى آيات التهاني والتبريكات إلى مقام خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وإلى ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز بمناسبة النجاح الاستثنائي لموسم الحج لعام 1447هـ.
وأضاف: «كما يسرّني ويشرفني أن أرفع باسمي ونيابة عن جميع منسوبي مجموعة stc أسمى آيات التهاني والتبريكات للشعب السعودي والأمة الإسلامية بمناسبة حلول عيد الأضحى المبارك، ونجاح موسم الحج، والذي يعكس جهود المملكة العربية السعودية -ولله الحمد- بتقديم تجربة حج استثنائية لضيوف الرحمن القادمين من مُختلف أنحاء العالم، حيث تحظى مجموعة stc بشرف المساهمة في دعم هذه الجهود الوطنية من خلال توفير خدمات اتصال متقدمة وموثوقة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن طوال الموسم».
كما أعرب عن بالغ الامتنان والتقدير للاهتمام الكبير الذي توليه القيادة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن وتيسير أداء مناسك الحج، سائلاً المولى عز وجل أن يديم على المملكة أمنها واستقرارها وازدهارها، وأن يحفظ قيادتها وشعبها.

وقد أسهمت جاهزية مجموعة stc لموسم الحج في توفير خدمات اتصال موثوقة وتحسين تجربة ضيوف الرحمن القادمين من مختلف أنحاء العالم. وخلال موسم الحج لهذا العام، شغّلت المجموعة شبكة واسعة من مواقع التغطية الداخلية والخارجية، إلى جانب نشر عدد كبير من نقاط الاتصال بشبكات «واي فاي»، وتعزيز البنية التحتية لشبكات الجيلين الرابع والخامس بهدف تلبية مستويات الطلب العالية خلال أوقات الذروة.
وواصلت المجموعة تحسين جودة الشبكة، وإضافة مواقع جديدة في المشاعر المقدسة، بما أسهم في توفير تغطية واسعة وموثوقة دعمت تجربة الحجاج خلال الموسم.

The readiness of the stc Group for the Hajj season has contributed to providing reliable communication services and improving the experience of the guests of God coming from various parts of the world. During this year’s Hajj season, the group operated a wide network of internal and external coverage sites, in addition to deploying a large number of Wi-Fi network access points, and enhancing the infrastructure of the fourth and fifth generation networks to meet the high demand levels during peak times.
The group continued to improve network quality and add new sites in the holy sites, which contributed to providing wide and reliable coverage that supported the pilgrims’ experience during the season.
