يواجه الفنان المصري محمد رمضان نزاعًا قضائيًا جديدًا في مصر، بعد تحرك منتجة قانونيًا ضده بسبب استخدام مقطع من أغنية «أنا مليونير» للمطرب أحمد جعفر، في أحد أعماله، وسط اعتراض على استخدام المقطع دون الحصول على موافقات أصحاب الحقوق، بحسب ما تضمنته الدعوى.
مقطع غنائي وراء الأزمة
واستندت الدعوى إلى استخدام مقطع غنائي يتضمن عبارة «على أي أرض نزلتها كسبت محبة أهلها»، وهي من كلمات وألحان وإنتاج أحمد جعفر، إذ اعتبرت المنتجة أن الاستعانة بهذا الجزء من الأغنية تمت دون الرجوع إلى أصحاب الحقوق والحصول على الأذونات اللازمة، ما دفعها إلى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية للمطالبة بحسم النزاع.
محاولة للتوصل إلى حل
وقبل تصعيد الأمر قضائيًا، حاولت المنتجة التواصل مع أسرة محمد رمضان، إذ أجرت اتصالًا مع شقيقه وأبلغته باعتراضها على استخدام المقطع الغنائي.
ووفق ما نقلته وسائل إعلام محلية، أبلغها شقيق الفنان بأنه سيتحقق من ملابسات استخدام المقطع، إلا أن المنتجة ذكرت أن ذلك لم يسفر، من وجهة نظرها، عن إجراء أنهى الخلاف أو عالج مسألة الحقوق.
القضية أمام الجهات المختصة
وعقب عدم التوصل إلى تسوية، لجأت المنتجة إلى القضاء واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيث أقامت دعوى بشأن استخدام المقطع، لتصبح الواقعة قيد النظر أمام الجهات المختصة.
وتظل الاتهامات الواردة في الدعوى محل نظر الجهات المختصة، فيما لم يصدر حتى الآن حكم نهائي يفصل في الاتهامات أو يحسم المسؤولية القانونية بشأن استخدام المقطع الغنائي.

An Attempt to Reach a Solution
Before escalating the matter legally, the producer tried to communicate with Mohamed Ramadan’s family, as she made a call to his brother and informed him of her objection to the use of the musical clip.
According to what local media reported, the artist’s brother informed her that he would verify the circumstances of the clip’s use, but the producer stated that this did not result, from her perspective, in any action that resolved the dispute or addressed the issue of rights.
The Case Before the Relevant Authorities
After failing to reach a settlement, the producer resorted to the judiciary and took legal action by filing a lawsuit regarding the use of the clip, making the incident subject to consideration by the relevant authorities.
The accusations mentioned in the lawsuit remain under the scrutiny of the relevant authorities, while no final ruling has yet been issued to resolve the accusations or determine the legal responsibility regarding the use of the musical clip.
