Kuwait: Kuwait’s General Staff of the Armed Forces announced that the country’s air defence systems are currently intercepting hostile missile and drone attacks.
In a statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the General Staff said any sounds of explosions heard across the country were the result of air defence systems engaging and intercepting the incoming threats.
The military did not provide further details on the attacks but confirmed that interception operations are ongoing.
